Riveteers Confluence (NCC-79) is a rare sorcery from New Capenna Commander that requires B, G, and R to cast. It lets you choose three modes, possibly repeating a mode, including drawing a card at the cost of 1 life; dealing 1 damage to each creature and planeswalker you don't control; and putting a land card from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield tapped. The modal flexibility makes it a toolbox spell for value, removal of small blockers or planeswalkers, and ramp or land recursion in three-color decks.
