Riveteers Confluence (NCC-179) is a rare three-color sorcery from New Capenna Commander. When cast you choose three modes (you may choose the same mode multiple times), letting you draw a card and lose 1 life, deal 1 damage to each creature and planeswalker you don’t control, and/or put a land card from your hand or graveyard onto the battlefield tapped. Its modal flexibility supports card advantage, board control, or ramp depending on which combinations you pick for a given game plan.
