Protection Racket (NCC-140) is a black rare enchantment from the New Capenna Commander set. At the beginning of your upkeep you reveal the top card of your library for each opponent and that player may pay life equal to the revealed card's mana value to have it exiled, otherwise you may put it into your hand. The effect taxes opponents and can generate card advantage while potentially fueling graveyard or exile synergies.
