Parnesse, the Subtle Brush (NCC-106) is a legendary Vampire Wizard creature from New Capenna Commander. She provides a conditional counter-protection ability that forces opponents to pay 4 life whenever you or your permanent is targeted by an opponent's spell or ability. She also has a copying clause that lets you copy spells while allowing one opponent to copy that same spell as well, creating interactive spell-copying dynamics for multiplayer or commander games.
