Oracle's Vault (NCC-374) is a rare artifact from the New Capenna Commander set that lets you exile the top card of your library to play it that turn. Its first ability costs {2} and tapping, exiles the top card and lets you play it until end of turn while placing a brick counter on the artifact. Once it has three or more brick counters, tapping it exiles the top card and lets you play that card without paying its mana cost, enabling large tempo plays or free spells.
