Midnight Clock (NCC-226) is a rare artifact from New Capenna Commander that functions as a slow engine by accumulating hour counters. It can tap for blue mana and you can pay to add hour counters, and when it reaches twelve counters it shuffles your hand and graveyard into your library, draws seven cards, then is exiled. Its role is to provide both incremental mana and a long-term reset/draw effect useful in control or combo decks that plan around card recursion.
