Whenever the equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that creature connives X equal to the damage dealt, drawing and discarding that many cards and potentially gaining +1/+1 counters for nonland cards discarded. It has Equip 2, making it a cheap way to give that repeated connive-triggering effect to a creature in blue decks.
