Description

Kitt Kanto, Mayhem Diva (NCC-4 Foil) is a legendary Cat Bard Druid creature from the New Capenna Commander expansion. When it enters the battlefield it creates a 1/1 green and white Citizen token, and at the beginning of combat on each player's turn you may tap two untapped creatures you control to give a target creature +2/+2, trample, and goad it. The recurring combat-trigger supports political plays and aggressive multiplayer tactics by both buffing creatures and forcing opponents into combat decisions.
