Kamiz, Obscura Oculus (NCC-3—foil) is a Legendary Creature — Octopus Rogue from the New Capenna Commander expansion. When you attack it makes one attacking creature unblockable, causes that creature to connive, and then gives double strike to a different attacking creature with lower power. This creates card-draw/discard synergies and can put +1/+1 counters on creatures while shifting combat damage between attackers.
