Kamiz, Obscura Oculus (NCC-188 etched foil) is a legendary Octopus Rogue from the New Capenna Commander set. Whenever you attack it makes a target attacking creature unblockable and causes that creature to connive, then gives another attacking creature with lesser power double strike until end of turn. Its three-color identity (WUB) and connive-triggered counter synergy position it as a political or value-driven commander in multiplayer games.
