Description

Kamiz, Obscura Oculus (NCC-103) is a legendary Octopus Rogue from New Capenna Commander that costs {1}{W}{U}{B}. Whenever you attack, it makes a target attacking creature unblockable and causes that creature to connive, then gives another attacking creature with lesser power double strike until end of turn. Its connive trigger can draw-and-discard to potentially put a +1/+1 counter on the first creature, enabling card selection and incremental growth while enabling combat-focused synergies.
