Cryptic Pursuit (NCC-70) is a blue-red enchantment from the New Capenna Commander set that grants manifest effects when you cast instants or sorceries. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery from your hand you manifest the top card of your library, creating a face-down 2/2 that can later be turned face up if it’s a creature; when a face-down creature you control dies, if it was an instant or sorcery card it’s exiled and may be cast until the end of your next turn. The card supports graveyard-to-play interaction and fuels tempo or value plays by converting spells into potential future casts or board presence.
