Change of Plans (NCC-24) is a blue instant from New Capenna Commander. For X creatures you control, each creature connives (draw then discard, granting a +1/+1 counter to any that discard a nonland), and you may then choose any number of those creatures to phase out. The card is useful for card selection plus incremental creature growth while optionally phasing out creatures to protect them or hide them from interaction.
