Cephalid Facetaker (NCC-23) is a blue Creature — Octopus Rogue from the New Capenna Commander set. It can't be blocked and can become a copy of another target creature at the beginning of your combat, but becomes a 1/4 that still can't be blocked until end of turn. Its transform-copy ability lets it adopt another creature's characteristics temporarily while retaining an evasive, defensive toughness profile.
