Xander's Pact (PNCC-43p foil) is a black sorcery from the New Capenna Commander Promos series. It has Casualty 2 allowing you to sacrifice a creature with power 2 or greater to copy the spell, and it lets each opponent exile the top card of their library while letting you cast spells from among those exiled cards this turn by paying life equal to their mana value instead of their mana costs. The card’s effect can provide multiple cast opportunities via the casualty copy and enables card advantage or unique access to opponents’ cards at the cost of life.
