Rain of Riches (PNCC-50p foil) is a red enchantment from the New Capenna Commander Promos. When it enters the battlefield it creates two Treasure tokens and grants cascade to the first spell each turn for which Treasure mana was spent. That cascade can enable free casting of a lower-cost nonland card, supporting explosive plays and Treasure-focused decks.
