Cryptic Pursuit (PNCC-70p foil) is an enchantment from the New Capenna Commander Promos set that costs {2}{U}{R}. Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery from your hand it manifests the top card of your library, creating a face-down 2/2 creature; when a facedown creature you control dies, if it was an instant or sorcery it is exiled and you may cast it until the end of your next turn. The card supports spell-based value decks by turning spells into board tokens and providing a delayed cast window for instants or sorceries that die while face down.
