Skyshroud Poacher (NEM 119) is a Rare Creature — Human Rebel from the Nemesis set. It has an activated ability that lets you pay {3} and tap it to search your library for an Elf permanent and put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle. The ability can cheat large Elf permanents into play and has a ruling that you may choose not to find an Elf if you prefer.
