Parallax Nexus (NEM-63) is a rare black enchantment from the Nemesis expansion. It has Fading 5 and can remove a fade counter to make a target opponent exile a card from their hand at sorcery speed, and when it leaves the battlefield those exiled cards return to their owners' hands. The opponent chooses which card is exiled, making the effect more about delaying or disrupting resources than guaranteeing the removal of a specific card.
