Rathi Assassin (PNEM-67 foil) is a black creature card with subtypes Phyrexian, Zombie, Mercenary, and Assassin from the Nemesis Promos release. It has two activated abilities: one sacrifices tapping plus mana to destroy a tapped nonblack creature, and another lets you pay and tap to search your library for a Mercenary permanents with mana value 3 or less and put it onto the battlefield. Its role in decks is as a removal engine and toolbox tutor, enabling targeted creature answers and fetching small Mercenary threats or utility permanents.
