Description

Tibalt the Chaotic (CMB2-66) is a legendary red planeswalker from the Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2021 set. Its three loyalty abilities each cast a random copy of one of several specified spells without paying their mana costs, with the copies created and cast while the ability resolves. The biggest role it plays is generating high-variance, immediate effects that can swing the board by copying anything from small removals and draw effects to large game-ending mass spells.
