Animate Spell (CMB2-16) is a blue Enchantment — Aura from Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2021 that can enchant an instant or sorcery on the stack. It has Flash and when it becomes attached it puts the enchanted spell onto the battlefield as a creature with power and toughness equal to its mana value, and it sets up a way to later cast that card from the battlefield. The Aura’s leaves-play trigger forces the spell’s owner to sacrifice the creature unless they cast the spell, creating a recurring window to pay costs and cast it as a spell again.
