Description

Abian, Luvion Usurper (CMB2-87) is a legendary planeswalker card from the Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2021 set. As you become Abian when it enters, your life total and its loyalty interact and you can use its loyalty abilities, including discarding and drawing based on your creatures' greatest power, creating a 3/2 red and green Spirit token, and a −X damage ability that spends life to deal damage. The card's unique “become the planeswalker” rule makes you both a player and a permanent, linking life-gain/loss effects with loyalty counter changes and enabling unusual deck and interaction possibilities.
