Whammy Burn (CMB1-70) is a red instant from the Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2019 set that interacts with a special five-card "whammy deck" you assemble. As you cast it for {R}, you reveal from the whammy deck until you hit an Island or stop, and if no Islands are revealed it deals X damage to any target equal to the number of cards revealed. The card creates a unique side deck-like zone and has explicit rules about forming and interacting with that whammy deck, giving it an unusual strategic role compared to typical burn spells.
