Tibalt the Chaotic (CMB1-66, Normal) is a legendary Planeswalker printed in the Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2019 product. Its loyalty abilities let you cast copies of randomly chosen spells from three predefined lists at +1, −3, and −6, with those copies created outside the game and cast without paying their mana costs. Official rulings clarify that you cast the copy while the ability is resolving, that the copy ceases to exist after it resolves, and that players should consult Gatherer for the Oracle text of the named cards.
