The Grand Tour (CMB1-30) is a rare blue instant from the Mystery Booster Playtest Cards 2019 set. It exiles a target permanent, returns it to its owner's hand, forces that player to discard the card, puts it on top of their library, and then puts it onto the battlefield, creating a sequence of zone changes. The card's ruling notes that tokens stop in exile, the returning object is a new object with no previous attachments or counters, and no players may take actions while it resolves.
