Outrageous Robbery (MKM-97) is a black instant from the Murders at Karlov Manor expansion. It exiles the top X cards of an opponent’s library face down and lets you look at and play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, with permission to spend mana as though it were any color when casting spells this way. The effect can generate card advantage and temporary access to off-color cards, including the ability to play lands on your turn under normal timing rules.
