Lost in the Maze (MKM-64) is a blue enchantment from the Murders at Karlov Manor set with Flash that can be cast on opponents' turns. When it enters, you tap X target creatures and put stun counters on those you don’t control, which prevents them from untapping normally. Tapped creatures you control gain hexproof while the enchantment is on the battlefield, protecting your own board from targeted removal.
