Deadly Complication (MKM-312) is a black-red sorcery from Murders at Karlov Manor. It lets you choose one or both: destroy a target creature, and/or put a +1/+1 counter on a suspected creature you control and optionally remove its suspected status. The card interacts with the set's "suspected" mechanic by granting menace and "can't block" while a creature is suspected and can clear that status as part of its second mode.
