It grants the equipped creature +1/+0 and makes it unblockable while also offering {1}{U} to return the Equipment to its owner's hand. The initial cloak creates a face-down 2/2 with ward that can later be turned face up by paying its mana cost, enabling covert value or surprise tempo swings.
