It replaces any opponent-created extra turn by making that player skip it and triggers to draw a card whenever an opponent attacks you with two or more creatures, draws a second card in a turn, or casts a second spell in a turn. The triggers can occur multiple times per opponent each turn, providing repeated card draw against opponents who generate multiple qualifying events.
