Description

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist (MKC 50, Etched Foil) is a legendary Vampire Detective creature from the Murders at Karlov Manor Commander set. It has flying and vigilance and gains +1/+1 counters whenever you surveil. At your end step you may return a creature card with power less than Mirko's from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter that causes it to be exiled if it would later die.
