Description

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist (MKC-2 foil) is a legendary Vampire Detective creature from Murders at Karlov Manor Commander. It has flying and vigilance and gains a +1/+1 counter whenever you surveil. At the beginning of your end step you may return a creature card with power less than Mirko's from your graveyard to the battlefield, and it returns with a finality counter that causes it to be exiled if it would die.
