Feather, Radiant Arbiter (MKC-313) is a legendary Angel creature from the Murders at Karlov Manor Commander set. She has flying and lifelink and a triggered ability that, when you cast a noncreature spell that targeted only her, lets you pay {2} per additional creature to copy that spell and retarget the copies to those creatures. The copies are created on the stack and can produce tokens if they are copies of permanent spells, enabling repeatable protective or buffing effects across multiple creatures.
