It makes Clue artifacts you control also be Equipment with “Equipped creature gets +2/+0” and an equip cost of {2}, enabling both card draw and temporary +2/+0 buffs. It can scale with multiple copies to grant cumulative bonuses to equipped creatures while still producing Clue tokens for sacrifice synergies.
