Slithermuse (MOR-50) is a blue Creature — Elemental from the Morningtide expansion. When it leaves the battlefield you may choose an opponent and draw cards equal to the difference if they have more cards than you, and it has Evoke allowing it to be cast for a cheaper sacrifice-triggering cost. Its primary role is as a tempo or card-advantage tool that can be cast for value with evoke or left to trade and generate card draw later.
