Nevermaker (MOR-44) is an uncommon Elemental creature from the Morningtide expansion. It has flying and an evoke ability, and when it leaves the battlefield it returns a target nonland permanent to the top of its owner's library. Casting it for its evoke cost trades the creature for that disruptive effect, making it useful in tempo or control strategies.
