Ink Dissolver (MOR-36) is a common blue creature with Merfolk and Wizard subtypes from the Morningtide expansion. It has a kinship triggered ability that lets you look at the top card of your library at upkeep and, if it shares a creature type, you may reveal it to mill each opponent for three cards.
