Grimoire Thief (MOR-35) is a Rare creature — Merfolk Rogue from the Morningtide set that costs two blue mana. Whenever it becomes tapped it exiles the top three cards of a targeted opponent’s library face down and you may look at those exiled cards. By paying one blue and sacrificing it you turn those exiled cards face up and counter any spells with the revealed names, enabling a disruptive control role that also grants private information access.
