Vedalken Shackles (MMA-218) is an artifact from Modern Masters that lets you tap to appropriate an opponent's creature. For {2} and tapping it you gain control of a creature whose power is less than or equal to the number of Islands you control while the Shackles remain tapped. The card can be left tapped through your untap step to maintain control and is commonly used in decks that can produce many Islands or otherwise abuse temporary control effects.
