It has flying, an activated {R} ability that gives it +1/+0 until end of turn, and Suspend 2—{R}{R} plus a triggered line that lets opponents optionally put time counters on it when they cast spells. That opponent-facing time-counter clause can accelerate its arrival in multiplayer or create tempo interactions in competitive play, making it a threat both as an early suspended play and as a midgame flying attacker.
