Mizzium Mortars (MM3-101) is a red sorcery reprinted in Modern Masters 2017. It deals 4 damage to a creature an opponent controls, or when cast for its Overload cost it becomes a mass-damage spell affecting each creature the spell would affect. The Overload mechanic lets you choose between a single-target cheap removal or a higher-cost board-impacting option.
