Cackling Counterpart (MM3-32) is a blue instant from Modern Masters 2017 that creates a token copy of target creature you control. The spell also has Flashback {5}{U}{U}, letting you cast it again from your graveyard for that alternate cost before it gets exiled. As an instant it can be used on opponents' turns to duplicate key creatures or trigger enter-the-battlefield effects at instant speed.
