Surgical Extraction (MM2-99) is a rare instant reprinted in Modern Masters 2015 that targets a nonbasic land card in a graveyard. When cast, it exiles all cards with that name from the same player's graveyard, hand, and library and then that player shuffles. The spell can be paid with either one black phyrexian mana or 2 life, enabling flexibility between mana and life payment.
