Remand (MM2-55) is an uncommon blue Instant from Modern Masters 2015. It attempts to counter target spell and, if countered that way, returns it to its owner's hand instead of the graveyard. It also has you draw a card, giving a tempo swing and replacement card advantage even when used on uncounterable spells.
