Winter's Rest (MH1-78) is a Snow Enchantment — Aura from Modern Horizons that enchants a creature. When it enters the battlefield it taps the enchanted creature, and if you control another snow permanent the enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step. It functions as a two-mana blue tempo/removal tool by repeatedly locking down an opposing or vulnerable creature while you maintain snow permanents.
