Throes of Chaos (MH1-150) is a red sorcery from the Modern Horizons set that grants Cascade and Retrace. Its Cascade trigger exiles cards until you exile a nonland card with lesser mana value and lets you cast that card without paying its mana cost. You may cast Throes of Chaos from your graveyard by discarding a land as part of its Retrace cost, enabling repeatable value and graveyard interaction.
