Goblin War Party (MH1-131) is a red sorcery from Modern Horizons that offers modal effects with Entwine. It can either create three 1/1 red Goblin creature tokens or grant your creatures +1/+1 and haste until end of turn, and paying the Entwine cost lets you do both. When entwined, the modes resolve in order so any tokens created also receive the buff and haste.
