Suppression Ray // Orderly Plaza (MH3-260) is a modal double-faced card with a sorcery front face and a land back from Modern Horizons 3. The sorcery taps all target player’s creatures and lets you spend energy counters to put stun counters on some of those tapped creatures, while the back face is a tapped land that produces white or blue mana.
