When it enters the battlefield you mill six cards and may put a card with {X} in its mana cost from among them into your hand, and it can tap to produce {C}{C} for each revealed card with {X} in its cost that can only be spent on costs containing {X}. The card functions as a ramp/selection engine that fuels X-cost spells and abilities by both digging into your library and providing targeted colorless mana for those X costs.
